1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed, estimated delivery is as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, or high seasonal demand.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses

Certain products or destinations may also be subject to shipping limitations based on courier availability or operational restrictions.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us.

If this happens, we will contact you to arrange redelivery where possible. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your request, include clear photographic evidence of:

  • The item received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Without photo evidence, we may not be able to provide a resolution. Each case is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate solution.

8. Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location, we reserve the right to charge additional return and reshipping costs.
